All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is sent into production within 2–5 business days. After production, orders are shipped directly to the customer by our fulfillment partner.
Because items are custom-made, production begins shortly after purchase and cannot be modified once processing has started.

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once an item has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to reship.
Customs & International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
